As a seasoned entrepreneur, Shani Moslehi has multitude of experiences in starting businesses from the ground up.
Dedication to her businesses and passion for others has inspired Shani to go above and beyond her normal workload and shoulder the responsibility to work for and run non-profits. Shani founded the Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce (www.OCIACC.com), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization in 2015 and managed planning monthly events at popular venues throughout the county. She created and collaborated with more than 45 different organizations. She developed a board of directors that helped organize complimentary workshops and annual events.
Shani Moslehi is a creative, positive, high-energy individual with the ability to execute. She is a master connector and a visionary who also has depth in management skills in both business and nonprofit sectors. Her professional creativity in marketing started in 2005 when she ventured into producing multiple trade shows.
Shani is a powerful yet compassionate leader with proven records in marketing, event and large business expo management, power networking, engaging in defining philanthropic strategies, and media and community relations.
Majid is a professional with over 25 years of versatile and solid experience and knowledge in technical, managerial, and advisory positions. He has a diverse understanding of business, having worked and consulted within multiple regulated and unregulated industries. Majid received his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pahlavi University, one of the top universities in Iran. University of Pennsylvania (Penn) assisted the government in establishing this American-style higher education institute. Majid was the recipient of a full merit scholarship from the University of Dallas where he obtained his MBA in Engineering Management. Majid has assumed many key roles as entrepreneur, employee, contractor, consultant, manager, and adviser in various private, public, and private equity-owned portfolios.
Majid’s latest corporate position was served in a large private equity portfolio, where he managed projects at an IT firm with 4500+ employees within a PMO (Project Management Office) structure, directly working with the executive chairman in market research, change management, process improvement, and post-merger integration subjects.
Majid considers himself a curious person, a focused listener, and a sharp questioner. He dives deep into most any of his assignments in search of hidden low-hanging fruits (ripped or rotting), undeniable major causes of a problem (as opposed to discover-able new symptoms), and potential opportunities.
Majid is innovative with ability to pore over the intricate structural details of a business and its management style to suggest, motivate, and provide actionable improvements, savings, and opportunities.

Experiences
Founder and president of Orange County Iranian American Chamber of Commerce (OCIACC), establish in 2015.
Grand opening for a new practice in the City of Laguna Niguel, and a theme party for patients a year later. The events were well advertised and attended.
Grand opening event with 200 people in attendance. The production impressed the guests with a beautiful tent placed outside the office doors, bringing the office’s nautical décor to the tent.
Shani was responsible for the public relations and promotion of Ziba Shirazi, an Iranian born singer and songwriter. She hosted sold-out events of “Story and Songs” at the Bowers Museum, and “Spring Love” musical performance at the SOKA University Performing Arts Center with 850+ in attendance.
Responsible for two great promotional nights for OC Blues Soccer Team — a member of United Soccer League and the only professional men’s team in OC, at UCI Soccer Stadium with 3000+ capacity. Shani’s PR and marketing resulted in both events to be sold out.
International American Business Expo’s mission was to bring together a diverse cross-section of prospects and exhibitors for B2B and B2C opportunities in settings which allowed each participant to benefit from close interactions and face to face negotiations. Shani was the Expo’s director responsible for expo’s objectives, selection of participants, all major negotiations, creation of marketing collaterals, website, seminars and panel speakers. This endeavor was an intense six-month process.
Shani’s production capabilities were also showcased in her signature events – Happy Hour Bridal Shows. These series of shows were designed to bring together engaged couples and variety of vendors in the wedding industry. The implemented style offered a twist on traditional shows by featuring a simulated wedding produced in collaboration with well-known wedding professionals. She later expanded her expertise and held large bridal shows at well-known venues.
