Majid (Matt) Moslehi

Majid is a professional with over 25 years of versatile and solid experience and knowledge in technical, managerial, and advisory positions. He has a diverse understanding of business, having worked and consulted within multiple regulated and unregulated industries. Majid received his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pahlavi University, one of the top universities in Iran. University of Pennsylvania (Penn) assisted the government in establishing this American-style higher education institute. Majid was the recipient of a full merit scholarship from the University of Dallas where he obtained his MBA in Engineering Management. Majid has assumed many key roles as entrepreneur, employee, contractor, consultant, manager, and adviser in various private, public, and private equity-owned portfolios.

Majid’s latest corporate position was served in a large private equity portfolio, where he managed projects at an IT firm with 4500+ employees within a PMO (Project Management Office) structure, directly working with the executive chairman in market research, change management, process improvement, and post-merger integration subjects.

Majid considers himself a curious person, a focused listener, and a sharp questioner. He dives deep into most any of his assignments in search of hidden low-hanging fruits (ripped or rotting), undeniable major causes of a problem (as opposed to discover-able new symptoms), and potential opportunities.

Majid is innovative with ability to pore over the intricate structural details of a business and its management style to suggest, motivate, and provide actionable improvements, savings, and opportunities.
